Uft Teacher Salary 2025. All schedules are subject to correction. The uft teacher salary schedule is divided into several steps, each of which corresponds to a different experience level.
Centrally funded attendance teachers work monday through friday from 8:30 am thru 3:50 pm, inclusive of a half hour lunch break. Uft members will also receive $400 as a retention payment in may 2024, $700 in may 2025, $1,000 in may 2026, and $1,035 in may 2027, per the uft contract.
